Office Manager/HR Representative
Commercial Real Estate company is searching for a strong Office Manager and HR Representative for their Bakersfield office. 62 employees in 3 locations (will require some travel). This position will report to the CAO and will be their right hand person. Responsibilities will be divided between Office Management, HR/Benefits and new hires, and ADP payroll (W-2 and 1099).
Compensation is $65-75,000 exempt with 50% of benefits paid by employer/employee (medical, dental, vision, 401K etc.)
Bachelors degree and HR certification preferred and 3-5 years experience in an office/HR setting. California experience with HR rules and regulations required.
