About the Founder/Owner

Jackie Flesher has a resume showcasing accomplished HR management, staffing and strategic consulting, bringing true industry insight and creative solutions to her clients' needs.

She has over 25 years’ experience in all phases of recruitment communications and multiple HR functions. As a Manager of several branches of recruitment, Jackie has realized multi-million dollar growth and has been instrumental in developing contracts with hundreds of clients in the healthcare, oil/gas, agriculture, media/entertainment, internet and various other industries.
In 2004, she relocated to the San Joaquin Valley and ten years ago decided to start her own recruitment business focusing on contingent, direct hire positions for all industries.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree, HR Management Certificate and was an elementary school teacher for 6 years in her earlier career. She was on the Board of Directors for the KCSHRM (Kern County Society for Human Resource Management) with responsibility as the Director of the 2007 KC SHRM Annual Conference. Jackie was also on the 2011 and 2012 KCSHRM Conference Committee as well as serving on the 2013 KCSHRM Board of Directors. Additionally, she is a Founding Member of the Kern County NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners).
